1. 2. When manufacturing the induction bracket, it is necessary to consider the true outer diameter of various pipes and the thickness of the insulation layer that needs to be insulated to determine the method and size of the clamp. When necessary, it is necessary to conduct a pipeline force calculation review on the pressure pipeline in order to determine the specifications and models of various profiles.

3. Summarize the support first and then the pipeline installation: determine the installation position of the support and the distance between the support according to the direction and range of the row of pipelines. Determine the construction sequence of the functional pipelines according to the level of pipeline induction and placement, first up and down, inside and then outside.

4. All bolts and nuts must be connected with flat washers and spring washers to ensure that the pipeline is firmly fixed.

 

Quality requirements:

1. Summarize that the distance between the brackets is the same, the direction of the clamp bolts is the same, and the overall arrangement is neat and beautiful. It is advisable to consider the use of galvanized finished products combined adjustable induction supports and hangers.

2. The bracket and hanger should be installed firmly to ensure horizontal and vertical. The bracket and hanger should be installed at the same slope as the building on an inclined building.

3. When the stainless steel pipe is in contact with the carbon steel bracket, it is necessary to install a septum such as a wooden support to avoid direct contact between two kinds of metals with different chemical properties to prevent electrochemical reactions.
