1. Seismic support

The seismic support should be reliably connected to the main structure of the structure. According to the seismic fortification intensity of the project location, the seismic force is the main load, and it is replaced by anchors, reinforcement booms, seismic connection members and seismic braces.

2. Seismic support needs to be installed in the following situations

(1) The air-conditioning unit fan with a gravity of 1.8KN.

(2) Rectangular cross-section area is greater than or equal to 0.38 square wood and circular diameter is greater than or equal to 0.7m for air duct smoke prevention and exhaust ducts, accident ventilation ducts and related equipment.

(3) The indoor water supply, hot water and fire fighting pipes that need to be fortified are greater than or equal to DN65 horizontal pipes. When the linear length of the water supply and drainage risers of high-rise buildings is greater than 50m, the linear length should be greater than When 100m, anti-seismic measures should be taken.

(4) Electrical piping with an inner diameter of not less than 60mm and a cable ladder frame, cable trough box and busway with a gravity of not less than 150N/m.

 

3. Installation considerations

(1) For the new construction, the maximum distance between the rigid material cable ladder, cable tray and the seismic support hanger of the cable trough box is 12m, and the maximum longitudinal distance is 24m.

(2) The maximum lateral distance between the non-metallic cable ladder frame, cable tray and the seismic support of the cable trough box is 6m, and the longitudinal distance is 12m.

(3) The maximum design spacing of lateral seismic supports for rigid pipelines of new construction projects is 12m, and the maximum design spacing of longitudinal seismic supports is 24m; the pipeline parameters of flexible pipelines and reconstruction and expansion projects are general to those of rigid pipelines.

(4) In addition to the factory self-inspection of the components of the seismic support manufactured by the seismic support manufacturer, no batch of products should be sent to the national testing agency for mechanical testing to ensure structural safety.

(5) Other parameters and implementation requirements should meet national response specifications.

Electromechanical equipment should never be installed in places that may cause secondary disasters such as obstacles to its use functions; for equipment with vibration isolation devices, attention should be paid to the impact of strong vibration on the connectors, and to prevent resonance between the equipment and the building structure phenomenon.

3. Seismic supports and hangers should be reliably connected to the main structure of the structure. According to the seismic fortification intensity of the project location, the seismic force is the main load, and it is replaced by anchors, reinforced hangers, seismic connection members and seismic braces.

4. Seismic supports and hangers should never limit the displacement caused by thermal expansion and contraction of pipelines, and their setting and design should meet relevant regulations.

5. The maximum distance between the rigid material cable ladder, cable tray and the cable trough box of the seismic support hanger side of the newly built project is 12m, and the maximum longitudinal distance is 24m.

6. In addition to the factory self-inspection, each batch of products of seismic supports and hangers produced by manufacturers (including channel steel, connectors, and spring nuts) should be sent to a national testing agency for mechanical testing to ensure Structural safety.

7. Except for pipes with a diameter of 200 mm or more, all hot-dip galvanized steel pipes shall not be welded under any circumstances. E) For steel pipes with a diameter of 200 mm or more, after the first installation, a second hot dip galvanizing is required. F) All pipes spanning the expansion joints of the building must be connected with metal corrugated pipe expanders.

8. If all pipelines are installed/exposed in an environment that can freeze the pipeline system, insulation materials and electric heating must be provided to prevent the pipeline from being damaged and affecting the operation of the system.

9. All anti-seismic supports should be reliably connected to the main structure of the structure. If the pipeline passes through the settlement joints of the building, the influence of non-uniform settlement should be considered.
